AREA is a biannual publication with a mixed system: two numbers in digital version and a single volume on paper, which bring together both. With this, our editorial project joins the contemporary modes of production and circulation of content and the new demands of refereed academic publications that demand not only quality but also relevance and wide dissemination of their materials.
As part of the project of constant publication, the articles will appear online as soon as they are accepted by the peer reviewers, thus contributing to the meeting with the community of readers for whom our Debates section is still open, in which we hope to find the discussion of ideas that all proposals requires. Finally, we reiterate our invitation to send articles on topics related to research and / or reflection on architecture, urban design and design at any time of the year and to be attentive to the calls for the dossiers that are published annually.
